Using an inkjet print head, a time stamp is applied in-line. Due to the varying base material colors, the customer desired a high-contrast solution, leading to the choice of chalk-based ink. Adapting the layout, printing in clear text, codes, or symbols can be done with just a few adjustments.
This allowed the customer to automate a complex manual process, improve quality, and win over end customers.
