Using a vibratory feeder drive, the screw plugs are sorted correctly. Two SCARA robots handle the servo screw driving, achieving great flexibility and high speed. A 100% quality control is implemented non-contact and at high speed using a triangulation laser.
This allowed the customer to increase their cycle time, improve quality, and be prepared for changing product layouts in the future.
